Annual Bowling Tournament Entry Form
Dear PRCUA Bowler:
The 72nd Annual National PRCUA Bowling
Tournament will be held on April 17, 18, and 19, 2009, at Glass Bowl Lanes,
5133 Telegraph, Toledo, Ohio. This year’s tournament is being hosted by
PRCUA District 5.
Squad times are as follows:
Singles/Doubles – Friday,
April 17 – 9 AM and 12 PM;
Team Event - Saturday, April 18 – 9 AM and 1 PM;
Singles/Doubles – Sunday, April 19 – 9 AM.
To secure your preferred squad time, be
sure to send in your completed entry form promptly, along with the correct
fees. The deadline is Monday, February 15, 2009.
The Fairfield Inn and Suites is the host
hotel for the tournament. It is located at 5685 Benore Road in Toledo. To
reserve a room, call 419-725-0050; call until March 16th and request the
Polish Roman Catholic Union of America group rate, which is $89.00 for
doubles and $99.00 for king, per night, plus tax. After this date, the group
rate is cancelled and the regular weekend rate applies. All reservations
must be guaranteed by one night’s room deposit with a credit card.
Joan Sylak, District 5 Director, and her
committee have planned some surprises for this 72nd tournament. Additional
information will be posted in future issues of the NAROD POLSKI.
For those bowlers that are flying in, there
is a shuttle from the airport to the Fairfield Inn. So mark your calendars,
fill out the application, make your reservations, and prepare to have a
great time at the tournament in Toledo.
