PRCUA Softball Tournament Entry Form
The 57th National Softball
Tournament will be held Saturday, August 20, 2011, at the Henry Ford Field,
Hall and West Roads, Woodhaven, MI. Men's games will start at 9 AM, while
women's and Legend's games will begin at 11:30 AM. Dan Gdowski and the Committee from
Society #718 have activities planned for the players and guests. Lunch will
be served at the Pavilion adjacent to the field; the Saturday Banquet will
be held in the Hotel.

The room rates are $66.00
per night, plus tax. Make your room reservation with a credit card or one
night's deposit as soon as possible; the deadline is August 13, 2011. No
more than 4 persons to a room. When you contact Best Western, please ask for
the PRCUA room block when making your reservations.

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE PRCUA MEMBERS. Entries must be postmarked by August
