Chairman of the Task Force, Buffalo, NY,
Society 540 |
The Task Force was charged with meeting on a quarterly basis
to discuss the structure of the PRCUA and to issue quarterly written reports on
their progress to the Board of Directors. In order to gather ideas and receive
input from PRCUA members about the future structure of our fraternal, the Task
Force will hold meetings in each of the ten districts. Invited to these meetings
will be the district’s national directors, delegates to the Convention, and all
PRCUA members for the purpose of testifying before this Task Force.
This is the most important part of the process. Your voice -
the voice of the ordinary PRCUA member - is key to the success of this Task
Force. After reviewing and analyzing the information it will gather from the
members of each district, the Task Force will issue its recommendations on
redistricting, the structure of the PRCUA and changes to the PRCUA’s
Constitution.
Much thought, energy, time and effort are being invested by
the Task Force in order to develop a comprehensive plan that will take into
consideration all the ideas and concerns of our members. Therefore, it is
essential for PRCUA members in each district to attend the Special Task Force
Meeting when it comes your turn.
The Executive Officers and Board of
Directors urge all PRCUA members - including members of the Alliance of Poles
Division and the Federation Life Insurance of America Division - to give their
total cooperation to the Task Force by participating in these important District
meetings.
