The 87th National Bowling Tournament hosted by PRCUA District 8 took place April 17-18, 2026. Held at Strike N’ Spare II in Lockport, Illinois, the event showcased some impressive bowling skills and spirited competition. We had a great turnout at the tournament, including President Agnieszka Bastrzyk, Vice President Micheline Jaminski, Secretary-Treasurer Julie Prado, District 4 Director Patrick Kosowski, District 7 Director Ewa Cholewinski, District 8 Directors Elizabeth Dynowski and Myron Cislo, District 9 Director Elizabeth Sadus, and District 10 Directors Colleen Bonkowski and Valerie Brumm, and the 153 PRCUA members who came out to bowl with us. We are happy that bowlers from across the United States—Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Wisconsin—joined us.
The tournament featured singles, doubles and team events, spectators cheering on their favorites, and everyone truly feeling the PRCUA fraternal spirit.
We were thrilled to announce that this year’s bowlers of the year were Weronika Niedzielski and Mitchell Gajda, who were among the youngest bowlers in the tournament.
