Make a Payment

We accept all major credit cards – Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express®, Diners Club®, Carte Blanche® and JCB® – as well as signature debit cards and ACH payments.

You can make a one-time payment online through our fully PCI compliant and PA-DSS certified secure gateway.

The following payments are being accepted online now:

  • Life Insurance premium payments
  • Registration & fees for hosted tournaments and other events
  • Charitable donations to our Educational Fund

For recurring payments, please use the Payment Card Authorization form.

Bank card payments (debit/credit) for the following cannot be made online:

Enter a Life Insurance Certificate #, Invoice #, Event ID, Contribution for, or specify what you are paying for.

IMPORTANT: For event payments please write the name of the event.
When paying your Life Insurance premium, enter only ONE Certificate (Policy) #.
To prevent delays in processing, do not enter multiple certificates, the Insured’s name, or combine payments for multiple certificates:
