PRCUA Leadership Elected by 2026 Convention

Agnieszka Bastrzyk of Elmwood Park, Illinois, has proudly served PRCUA for 18 years in a variety of leadership roles, including Director of Marketing, Secretary-Treasurer, and most recently, Interim President. A dedicated member of Cardinal Hlond Society #1219 since 2008, Agnes brings extensive organizational, professional, and community leadership experience to her role. Her leadership and service have included the Illinois Fraternal Alliance, Polish American Chamber of Commerce, Polish American Congress, Polish American Congress Charitable Foundation and the Polish Museum of America. Agnes also holds several insurance industry designations, including Fraternal Insurance Counselor Fellow (FICF), Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI), and Associate, Customer Service (ACS). Throughout her years of service, Agnes has remained committed to PRCUA, its members, the Polish American community, and the continued strength and future of our fraternal organization.

Julie Roszak-Prado of Chicago, Illinois, brings 28 years of dedicated service to PRCUA, including 21 years as Manager of the Member Services Department. Her extensive experience has provided her with a deep understanding of PRCUA’s members, operations, and commitment to service. In December 2025, Julie stepped into the role of Interim Secretary-Treasurer and now continues to serve as the Secretary-Treasurer following the 2026 Convention. A proud member of Guards of Kosciuszko Society #475 since 2000, Julie was also recently appointed treasurer of the Polish Museum of America. Her professional background includes coursework in Business Management, specialized insurance training, and two insurance industry designations: Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) and Associate, Customer Service (ACS). Julie brings decades of institutional knowledge, dedication, and commitment to PRCUA and its membership.

Ordained to the priesthood in 1987, Father Ptak has served the PRCUA in an official capacity for more than three decades and has been a proud PRCUA member for 64 years. He was elected 2nd Vice Chaplain in 1994 and, just eight years later, became PRCUA National Chaplain—a position he has faithfully held ever since. Father Ptak is deeply committed to the Polish American community. He served for five years as president of the Polish American Priests Association and currently serves as its national treasurer. He is also the current moderator of the Catholic League for Religious Assistance to Poland in the Archdiocese of Detroit and president of the Priests Conference of Polish Affairs in the Archdiocese of Detroit. A passionate advocate and enthusiastic ambassador for the PRCUA, Father Ptak continues to inspire and support our leaders and members. We are grateful for his many years of service and look forward to his continued guidance as the PRCUA moves confidently into the future.

Myron returns to the Board of Directors for a third consecutive term, building on eight years of dedicated service to the organization. A lifelong PRCUA member, Myron has applied his MSW from the University of Illinois and more than 30 years of professional experience with the Cook County Public Guardian Office to his work with the Board, offering a strong business perspective and a deepening understanding of the organization and its mission. As manager of PRCUA’s Polanie Dance Group and alumnus of Maria Konopnicka Polish School, Five Holy Martyrs’ Youth Dancers, and the Wesoły Lud Polish Folk Dance Company, Myron maintains a strong personal connection to PRCUA’s cultural and fraternal traditions.

Michael brings a longtime background in business and management to the PRCUA Board. His priorities include advancing organizational goals through clear and consistent direction, thoughtful decision-making, and strong leadership. A PRCUA member since 1961, Michael has a deep understanding of the organization and its traditions, as well as a longstanding commitment to its continued success.

As National Director of District 8 for PRCUA, Elizabeth will continue serving the organization for a third consecutive term. Her commitment to the PRCUA community includes leadership roles within Society #1622, as president of the Adult Culture Group (hosts of the Cinderella-Prince Charming Ball), and multiple PRCUA committees and conventions, where she has worked to strengthen the organization and promote youth and young adult involvement. She is an alumna of Maria Konopnicka Polish School, the Five Holy Martyrs’ Youth Dancers and the Southwest Center of Polish Song and Dance. With an MSW from Loyola University and more than 20 years of experience as a social worker at Liberty Junior High School, she brings strong leadership and organizational and communication skills to her work on behalf of PRCUA’s business and fraternal mission.

Kristi brings 37 years of experience with Ford Motor Company, most recently serving as Global Supervisor for Design Engineering and Design Quality Core Processes. Her career has strengthened her skills in leadership, problem-solving, process improvement, and collaboration—qualities she will bring to her work on the PRCUA Board. Kristi also has a strong fraternal background, having served as director of the PRCUA Wieliczka Folk Dance Ensemble for more than 20 years. She has been a PRCUA member since 1966.

Christopher returns to the PRCUA Board of Directors for a second term, having previously served as National Director of District 10 from 2010–2014. His professional career as a Senior Architect and Senior Project Manager in municipal architecture has provided him with extensive experience in problem-solving, project management, and long-term planning. With a lifelong commitment to fraternal organization and governance, Christopher brings a strong understanding of PRCUA and a dedication to guiding the organization forward with purpose and vision.

Stanley is a business and operations leader with more than 30 years of experience in fiscal oversight, strategic planning, personnel management, compliance, and organizational governance. His career spans healthcare, banking, financial services, and small-business ownership, providing him with a practical understanding of responsible management, accountability, and sound decision-making. As president of PRCUA Society 162 in Wyandotte since 2011, he brings years of fraternal leadership and a strong commitment to PRCUA’s mission and its members.

Having served as National Director for District 10 from 2002-2010, Barbara returns to the PRCUA Board of Directors for a third term. With more than 25 years of experience in marketing, finance, analytics, and management across the automotive, financial, and nonprofit sectors, Barbara brings a strong commitment to service, leadership, and community. Throughout her career, she has focused on transforming complex information into meaningful insights that support thoughtful, strategic decision-making, skills that she brings to the PRCUA’s Board. Barbara has served as Chairman of the multiple Quadrennial Conventions, vice chair of the Budget and Grievance Committee, and as a member of the Constitution Committee, while also contributing to the Michigan Fraternal Congress and Polish American Congress, Michigan Division.
