A MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE POLISH ROMAN CATHOLIC UNION OF AMERICA – PRCUALife

Dear Members,

We recognize that the recent resignation of the PRCUA president was unexpected. While change can be unsettling, the
organization is in capable and experienced hands. Our current leadership team has deep roots within the PRCUA and
extensive business experience:

  • Our recently appointed President Agnieszka Bastrzyk has 17 years with the PRCUA, offering
continuity, institutional knowledge, and long-term commitment.
  • Micheline Jaminski, Vice President, brings 47 years of business experience with 11 as a PRCUA
Executive Officer, strengthening our strategic and operational leadership.
  • Julie Prado, Secretary-Treasurer, has 27 years of service with the PRCUA and has a deep
understanding of our operations, financial structure, and membership needs.

These individuals have grown with the organization, possess deep knowledge of our product portfolios and maintain direct
relationships with our members through regular participation in local events. Their combined experience, dedication, and
hands-on understanding of the PRCUA provide a strong foundation for our path forward.

Throughout our history, we have successfully navigated challenging periods of unexpected change, making thoughtful
adjustments to our products, strengthening support for our employees, sales force, and members. Each time, the organization
emerged stronger, and we fully expect to do so again.

Our financial standing has been thoroughly reviewed by our board of directors, leadership team, and a team of professional
experts including fraternal advisors, actuaries, and accountants. A comprehensive plan has been agreed upon, and key steps
are being implemented and measured for progress. We are confident the current path will improve the organization’s financial
efficiency, securing PRCUA’s future.

As with every fraternal benefit society, we operate under the regulatory oversight of our home state’s Department of
Insurance, with whom we have worked for decades – evaluating challenges, identifying solutions, implementing changes,
and strengthening the PRCUA each time.

All members are owners of this organization. By the time of the upcoming Convention, we expect to present further information
and visible results of the actions now underway to help support the organization’s surplus and make it more competitive both
in the fraternal landscape and among life insurers. The organization is firmly moving forward, strengthening itself for the
benefit of current members and future generations.

The Board of Directors seeks to reassure all members that the PRCUA continues to remain fiscally responsible and supportive
of its life and annuity products as well as its commitment to the promotion of Polish culture. Please rest assured that the
PRCUA is in steady, knowledgeable, and committed hands.

We wish all our members a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, and we are looking forward to an exciting 2026!
