First ever PRCUA Hockey e-Sport Tournament! – CANCELED
1st PRCUA e-Hockey Tournament will be played starting Monday, February 15, 2020 through Friday, February 20, 2020 with the final games being played on Saturday, February 21, 2020.
The tournament will be played in EA NHL 20 game available on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One!
Participation in this e-sport tournament
is at NO COST for the PRCUA members!
Sign up now! Send an email with subject line “PRCUA e-Hockey Tournament ENTRY” to firstname.lastname@example.org providing all of the following information:
- First Name, MI, Last Name
- PRCUA Society#, Roster#, Certificate# (if known)
- Date of birth
- Current full mailing address (street number and name, city, state, zip-code)
- Platform preference: PlayStation 4 -or- Xbox One
- PlayStation Network (PSN) Online ID Nickname* -or- Xbox Live Gamertag Name*
The above information and Waiver/Release of Liability (available HERE), which must be completed by every player participating in the e-sports tournament, has to be returned to the Home Office. Please print, fill out, sign, scan, and email the form back to email@example.com.
All players must be PRCUA members in good standing. Age limit is 7+. Players aged 7-17 need to abide to PlayStation Network Rules for minors (available HERE). Players must agree to abide by the PRCUA rules and regulations of good sportsmanship.
All entries must be submitted by Monday, February 15, 2020 by 12:00 PM (noon) CDT. Once the tournament starts, late entries will not be accepted.
Minimum 15 players must register in order for tournament to start.
Schedule of games will be posted on Monday, December 14, based on the number of participants. The games will be scheduled in the afternoon/evening hours.
Winner of the tournament will be awarded
with a $250.00 gift card!
